• Mr. Dancsecs holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland.

• Mr. Dancsecs is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Society of Highway Engineers.

• Mr. Dancsecs’ professional experience includes forensic engineering investigation and evaluation of design and construction elements related to civil and safety engineering, including: walkways, stairways, roadways, and building construction. His work also includes civil and safety engineering analyses related to code compliance, and accident evaluation cause and origin analysis.

• Prior to joining AEL, Mr. Dancsecs served as a Division/Department Manager, Project Manager, Senior Engineer and Project Engineer for various engineering firms in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania area. His work included highway design and construction, oversight of civil site work and bridge waterway design.
